Each revision is frozen at its own URL, so an agent pointed at /laravel@2026.10/rules.md keeps the same rules until you bump it. The rule changes below are worked out from the revisions themselves. Also as Markdown.

   Appendix B's rector.php is now the complete file, so it can be copied as is and matches the template's copy:

   • It opens with <?php, declare(strict_types=1); and the use lines for RectorConfig and LaravelSetList; the configuration itself is unchanged.

   The template now passes the new lint kit with no findings: two lines over 120 characters (section 5) are wrapped, in the API InvoiceController::store() signature and the Content-Security-Policy header in SetSecurityHeaders.
